When I feel things are not right and where they should be I like to recalibrate. Here's how I do it:

1) Stop what ever you are doing. (Of course this is not always possible, but do it as soon as you can. Don't procrastinate)

2) Take a 15 minute walk

3) Focus on your feet touching the ground and how your body moves

4) Notice how your belly expands when you breath in

5) Go back to your desk and write down three things you did well in the past month

6) Now write down three things that are bothering you the most

7) Write down one or two actionable steps for each one and schedule it on your calendar

8) Do 15 burpees

9) Go get some
